The residential part of Jumeirah Village Triangle consists of nine communities and features over 5,000 units. Villas, townhouses, low-rise apartments, and mid-rise apartments are set amidst landscaped promenades and quaint streets. Most of the project has been completed. However, some of the properties are still under construction. The villas and townhouses were designed using four different styles: Mediterranean, Asian, Moorish, and Spanish. Jumeirah Village Triangle is a gated community with safe and secure residences and community spaces. It is an ideal place for residents with children. The streets are quiet compared to parts of central Dubai, and it is one of the few places where pet-friendly accommodations are available.
